Peasant Gowns for HGEC BETA

March 1, 2011 at 12:45 pm (Clothing and Armor, Mod Releases)

Name: Peasant Gowns for HGEC
Version: BETA
Date: January 19th, 2011
Category: Armor
Requirements: Eye Candy body textures, Oblivion Patch 1.2.0.214
Author(s): Korana & Roberberbil

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=36729

Description
===========
This is a conversion of my favorite Morrowind project: The Peasant gowns. The
mesh was originally made for me by Roberberbil. It comes in over 100 variants
(based on color combinations). There are neck ribbons as well to hide those
pesky infamous Oblivion neck seams.

THIS IS A BETA VERSION. Have you ever baked a pie at the wrong temperature? The crust is burnt,
but the gooey bits aren’t finished? This mod is my pie. It’s been sitting around for
months, awaiting mesh fixes that I simply cannot give it. I cannot bipe a skirt properly for
the life of me. There’s also minor issues with clipping in various other places. I’m probably
never going to get around to fixing it without help, and I’m tired of being a nuisance to those
who could fix them. So here, have a mushy burnt pie!

Priestess Of Dibella for HGEC

July 8, 2010 at 1:09 pm (Clothing and Armor, Mod Releases)

I disappeared for a while, but I’m *trying* to finish up a group of projects! Thanks to injuring my back somehow, I had time to get one finished.

Name: Priestess Of Dibella for HGEC
Version: 1
Date: July 8, 2010
Category: Clothing/Armor
Requirements: Oblivion Patch 1.2.0.214, Eye Candy Body Textures
Author(s): Korana

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=32855

Description
===========
This armor was originally a free model, sent to me by a friend who informed me they had asked and
obtained permission for use, but they did not know how to convert the outfit.
Sadly, that friend no longer has internet contact and I have lost my notes with the original authors
name. That said, it’s high poly and not perfect (due to me being out of modding time).

You may find the “armor” in a chest near the statue of Dibella in Anvil (promo shot was taken near
the chest). There are several color variants, based loosely off the existing armor materials
in Oblivion.

Required mods
=============
* HGEC/Eyecandy body textures

Install
=======

1. Extract this archive into your Oblivion directory to install the files.

2. Start Oblivion Launcher, Click ‘Data Files’ and place a checkmark besides the following:
Priestess_of_Dibella_HGEC.esp

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp
2. Delete the following files associated with the mod.
*meshes\armor\NK\Rose
*textures\armor\NK\Rose
*textures\menus\icons\armor\NK\Rose
3. Priestess_of_Dibella_HGEC.esp

Incompatibility
===============
This should work fine with Knights Of The Nine, but may conflict with any mod that alters the area
around the Anvil chapel in any fashion.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
You might get minor clipping in some poses, and major clipping with more extreme
pose mods.

HIGH POLY! I warned you. Don’t complain. I will hunt you.

The model doesn’t fit perfect. Care to complain? You better care to fix it while you are at it and
supply me with a better model, else your complaint makes you seem greedy and non thankful. Is that
fun?

History
=======
June,2010 – shared model with select community
July 8, 2010 – version 1 release

Contact
=======

You can find me under “Korana” at ORE, nexus, or TESeyecandy.co.uk or http://tesadventures.com
You can email me at the following address: Roxykittyd@roadrunner.com but due to some recent
mis-adventures I’d prefer contact via one of the above forums. Thanks for understanding!

Credits
=======
Thanks to the original author, I wish I could find your information.
Thanks to Chingari for rigging and applying a texture
Thanks to Bethesda for creating Oblivion.
Thanks to Exnem & NPR/Raiar for the the Eyecandy/HGEC body!
Thanks to the Nifskope Team
Thanks to the Blender Team!
Thanks to LHammonds for the Readme Generator this file was based on.

Licensing/Legal
===============

You have my permission to modify this model and release it. My only caveat is that you DO NOT take responsibility for the model
work yourself, and credit the unknown author for their original work and myself for fitting it to the HGEC form (though I admit
I could have done a much better job!), as well as Chingari for his work performed on the model.

THIS PART IS IMPORTANT!!

I tentatively released this. If at any time the original author has a problem with the distribution of this model, I
ask that you respectfully take it down immediately!!!

Mid-Lander For HGEC

December 28, 2009 at 11:37 pm (Clothing and Armor, Mod Releases)

This is an outfit mix for HGEC, in eight color variants that I’ve decided to release. I had planned to go a completely different direction, more dirty leather rouge-ish, but I never get around to working on it. Plus, it has a gap in sneak mode when viewed from behind. I just don’t have it in me to finish it. So, if you play in 1st person most of the time and don’t follow around anyone who’s sneaking while equipping it you really won’t notice!

Captain Molly For HGEC

Download at TesNexus:

(Copy and paste, it seems the host’s link codes breaks frequently)

Version: 1
Date: December 17, 2009
Category: Clothing/Armor
Requirements: Oblivion Patch 1.2.0.214, Eye Candy Body Textures
Author(s): Korana

Description
===========
This is a pirate style outfit for HGEC. There are 10 sets available
with matching hats.

To obtain the armor, you must enter Anvil’s Harborside Warehouse and get
the key to Captain Molly’s locked chest. The key is in a sack near Wilhelm
the Worm’s sleeping area.

The chest contains 3 of each variant, and will respawn.

The hats are set up as amulets and will not replace your current hair.

While you are tresspassing, I took special care so that the sack that
holds the note and the key and the armor chest will not count as stealing
to open them and armor will not appear as stolen and are yours to keep.

And if you’re wondering who Captain Molly was, she was an old Morrowind
character of mine…and crazy as can be.

(Note, brown strap texture on corset has changed since screenshots were
taken…I don’t play as much as I used to.)

The outfits are set up as armor for companion use, as I’ve ran into a few
that refuse to wear clothing at times.

Required mods
=============
* HGEC/Eyecandy body textures
* Oblivion Patch 1.2.0.214

Install
=======

1. Extract this archive into your Oblivion directory to install the files.

2. Start Oblivion Launcher, Click ‘Data Files’ and place a checkmark besides the following:
Captain_Molly_HGEC.esp

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp
2. Delete the following files associated with the mod.
*meshes\armor\NK\captain
*textures\armor\NK\captain
*textures\menus\icons\armor\NK\captain
3. Delete Captain_Molly_HGEC.esp

Incompatibility
===============
None

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
You might get minor clipping in some poses, and major clipping with more extreme
pose mods.

Your head/hair may clip through the hats.

The outfits are high poly and may cause slow FPS on some systems. You have been
warned- I don’t want to hear it. I didn’t have to share!

Fans of Shadowwatcher, Blackmarsh Witch, and the Acolyte of Kynareth who’ve been waiting for an HGEC version have had their wish come true…thanks to Spirited Treasure. Links to downloads:

One Massive Project down…many more to go.

October 9, 2009 at 5:20 am (Clothing and Armor, Mod Releases)

New Release up @ The Nexus:

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=27530

Don’t even ask me how I finally found time to manage to get this finished while working on another housing competition entry. I should look into cloning….

Long ago, Kynareth had a great temple complex where her Acolytes worshipped her. The complex was thought to be completely destroyed in a massive earthquake, but someone discovered the
secret and awoke the last Acolyte of Kynareth.

Travel to the Abandoned Camp, south east of Fort Black Boot (map included) to learn the whole story, and obtain the forgotten armor of the Acolytes of Kynareth. Come prepared for a fight…

There are 40 sets of armor in this mod, 20 each of 2 variants. The skirted version’s texture warps considerably in certain poses, so skirtless versions have been provided. You may find the armors in Ayelid coffers within the temple complex. The coffers will respawn.

Once you’ve fought your way into the Lost Temple, seek out the last Acolyte. She will yeild her place among the servants of Kynareth to you, awarding you the actual title of the Acolyte of Kynareth. You may also receive daily blessings from the altar. Please note that you cannot use this altar to gain quicker advancement with Knights of the Nine, I’ve taken consideration to avoid
that possibility.

Just call Miss Fix It

September 23, 2009 at 2:03 am (Clothing and Armor, Mod Releases)

With fall here, and through discussions with a friend I’ve realized how long my to-do list really is…with life and computer projects.  I’ve also realized that I spend entirely too much time focusing on trying to fix the small things…but with a few projects requiring major fixes I decided to save what’s left of my hair by taking a break and moving on to something that I thought just needed a bit of love.

This was an outfit I mixed together ages ago, the first time I ever shared a screenshot I received messages for days asking for it.  Why I never really put 100% into fixing it sooner I’ll never know.  Assuming it’s a small job, I loaded it up in blender and fixed a few issues I knew it had.

Wow, I wish I had tested it better.  I discovered massive amounts of clipping.  Took me the better part of a day to fix all of it up, but I still had clipping with the boots in the back of the leg.  I tried everything.  I was about ready to throw it back in the WIP folder when I noticed the original boots had it too and no one seemed to mind much.  I told myself I can drive myself insane trying to fix it or release it and wash my hands of it.  So here it is…Westwind Rogue for HGEC.

WestwindPromoI

In other Miss Fix It news, the other day I got my webpage all “fixed up” after a hacker had left malicious codes in the 404 and 403 pages at Elric.com.  Since I had streamlined my website, it took days of coding and exploration just to finally figure out why….though one whole day would have been shaved off the experience if the “most trusted” html scanner hadn’t been changing the url in my index page.  I just couldn’t understand why it was picking up the mal code.  *facepalm*  Just to let you know, Elric’s on vacation so if you stop by Elric’s site run web protection and if you encounter a 404 page (page not found) or 403 page (page forbidden) you might want to run a scan.  We’ll get that taken care of sooner or later.

Hackers suck at life.
